EForce Coolant Question

I had an Eforce installed this week. When I got home I notice a separate coolant cap with Edlebrock stamped on it. I bought some WaterWetter to add to the coolant system so my question is are they tied together or is the Edlebrock intercooler a closed system so I should had WaterWetter to both?

Sorry if this is a dumb question I was just not clear.
