In putting in my rear bumper bracket, I noticed that it doesn't seem to line up to the hole. Is there suppose to be rubber spacer at the BOTTOM?
I know there is supposed to be a rubber block with an aluminum spacer at the top where the bumper bolt goes in...and I have that.
